Program: Sunbunker created a campus environment architecture within the context of a historic ferry terminal for a three day event that explored achievements in design, empathy and the future. The program involved master planning and crafting spaces for a 550 person theater, registration area, cafe, lounge, maker-space, entertainment zone, and creative fair.
The pier was divided into zones with a theater-in-the-round as the central focal point allowing strong and direct engagement with the audience. The theater is complemented with three back lit projection screens suspended from stage truss along with stage lighting and quadraphonic audio.
